In short: play as much as you like. Everything you can buy is looks or convenience and belongs to your Apple account. Don't resell anything and don't tamper with the game, and there is nothing between us.
We grant you the right to play PowderRush Alpine on devices you own. The app itself, its artwork, its audio and its code remain ours.
All purchases go through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Items you buy are digital content inside the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be cashed out, cannot be traded and cannot be moved to another account.
Permanent purchases such as No Ads, the Starter Pack and the VIP Pack are tied to your Apple account. Reinstall and you get them back through Restore Purchases in Settings. Coin packs are consumed and cannot be restored.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Contact Apple Support for those.
Your progress lives on your device and nowhere else. That cuts both ways: delete the app or lose the device and it is gone. We hold no copy and cannot bring it back. Permanent purchases are tied to your Apple account instead, and come back with a restore.
Twelve items appear in the shop for one month each and then leave. Whatever you bought stays yours forever. We make no promise that an item which has left will ever return.
Leaderboard entries that clearly were not played are removed through Game Center.
We do our best to keep the game working, but cannot guarantee it runs flawlessly at all times. Leaderboards and ads depend on third-party services whose availability is out of our hands.
The game is provided as it is. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and in cases where the law requires liability regardless. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Swiss law applies, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence take precedence.
